Service Description

A strength and toning fitness class with cardio-style exercise, weight repetition and high impact core work to burn calories, build muscle and improve strength. Ending with stretching and relaxation. Suitable for all levels wanting to tone up and improve strength. Every Thursday - 6 - 7pm Led by Personal Trainer and sports coach Samantha Cubbins
