Meet Kim

South-African born Kim fell in love with yoga while trying to combat her own stress and anxiety juggling a fast-paced job with the demands of motherhood. As a qualified personal trainer and dance teacher working out five times a week, Kim needed to heal her body and mind.

Kim completed her yoga teacher training in 2018 and now guides modern vinyasa flow classes perfect for beginners to learn aliment and posture, with advanced options for yogis wanting to improve strength and flexibility.
